Young people turning climate concern into community action
Green Globe Organisation is a youth-led environmental and social impact organisation based in Bamenda, in the North West Region of Cameroon.
Our story
Built by young people, owned by communities
We work to strengthen communities through climate action, environmental education and youth empowerment, supporting young people and local communities to protect nature while building livelihoods that improve lives.
Our work combines practical climate education, community restoration, school environmental clubs and youth leadership training through our Climate Rescuers programme. Our Green Globe radio programme takes environmental learning beyond classrooms and into everyday life.
Operating in climate-vulnerable and conflict-affected contexts, we link environmental protection with resilience, inclusion and peacebuilding. What defines us is action: we move beyond awareness to help communities implement locally driven solutions that restore ecosystems and secure a more sustainable future.

Our approach
The CIP model: solutions communities design themselves
Our Consultative Intricacies Preferences (CIP) model brings every stakeholder to the table, so projects are shaped from the bottom up and last after we leave.

We consult community members, traditional and local leaders, schools and youth groups to understand real needs.

Co-create
Together we design solutions that fit local realities, resources and priorities.

Young people and communities lead the work on the ground: planting, cleaning, teaching, restoring.

We train local champions and partners so the impact keeps growing long after the project ends.
